What is included in the monthly subscription?
Every box includes a bilingual children’s book, 6-8 hands-on activities and lessons with all of the materials and supplies needed for them, video lessons from a certified teacher, and more! Check out the description under each box’s listing for more details!
How does the subscription work?
Your student(s) will receive a box each month packed full of Spanish learning and engaging activities based on a certain theme. Each subscription auto-renews based on your chosen plan (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, annual). You can cancel any time!
No one in my house speaks Spanish! How will this work?
That’s why we’re here! A certified teacher will provide all of the instruction for the lessons through videos and other guided materials for you as a main support system. Our boxes are designed for families to learn together! The book is bilingual and the additional instructions are in English, so that everyone can have fun and participate without worrying about “getting it right.”
We are building an online community for our members to connect, engage, and practice together! Join us and learn alongside students from across the country!
I have more than one student. Can I still purchase a subscription?
Of course! Each subscription offers an option to purchase a box that is designed for one, two, or three students. Each additional student only adds $5/month. If you have more than 3 students, please send us an email at info@amigomiobox.com and we will create an option to fit your family!
What if I need to cancel my subscription?
We hope that you love our boxes and want to keep learning along with us, but if you need to cancel, just let us know. All subscriptions (monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, and annual) auto-renew. Please login to the customer account section of the website or send an email to info@amigomiobox.com to make any changes. Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to the 15th of the upcoming month.
I changed my mind– can I return a box?
Amigo Mío does not accept returns of its monthly packages should you change your mind, but we want you to be completely satisfied! If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us at info@amigomiobox.com.
If you receive a damaged item, please contact us at info@amigomiobox.com within seven days of receiving your box.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
